A Mini Review of Lifi Technology : Security Issue

Visible Light Communication (VLC) is an extension of Light Fidelity (LiFi) that uses full duplex communication or fully networked wireless communication. LiFi is one of the top technologies for solving wireless fidelity (WiFi) issues. Communication over LiFi is one of its major advantages. However, no security system is infallible. The purpose of this paper is to conduct a mini review of LIFI technology in terms of security issues. As a new technology, Lifi is still not widely known for its security issues. Literature reviews are a necessary step to determining the issues related to Lifi technology. A descriptive qualitative approach is used in this paper to describe the data. As a result, several studies have documented security issues related to LiFi technology, including data modification, spoofing, and jamming

ABSTRACT The Gangulis Double Consciousness through Literacy Practices in Jhumpa Lahiri’s The Namesake     Name : Erika Putri Ramadhani Reg. Number : 14020154020 Study Program/Year : S1 English Literature/ 2014 Faculty : Languages and Arts Institution : State University of Surabaya Advisor : Pratiwi Retnaningdyah Ph.D.     This study analyses Ashima’s double consciousness that has been depicted through literacy practices. Literacy practices which considered with texts, pictures, colors, songs, food recipes and fabrics are concerned as communicative forms which can uncover the details of Ashima’s double vision that becomes one in her as an Indian American. Double consciousness is the mingle feeling as the way to perceiving two different cultures of hers. This research aimed to give the literacy knowledge which represented into literary works through introducing the literacy practices as the multimodality that can be the media to deliver the information and observe the character’s background of knowledge. This research examines two research questions. First is discussing how is Ashima’s double consciousness depicted through multimodal literacy practices and second is explaining how does Ashima’s responses to the double consciousness in Jhumpa Lahiri’s The Namesake. Based on the analyses this study reveal that Ashima’s double consciousness is depicting through Desh magazine and silk Sari. Reading Indian magazine and not the other famous women magazine in America as the way she negotiates her double consciousness. Wearing silk Sari for most in her everyday life also shows her Indian sense is more dominant compared with her American culture. Artefak keaksaraan yang terdiri dari teks, gambar, warna, lagu, resep masakan dan kain/baju dimaknai sebagai media komunikasi yang dapat menjelaskan mengenai pandangan ganda Ashima sebagai seorang India Amerika. Kesadaran ganda disini adalah perasaan campur aduk sebagai proses penjelasan perasaan Ashima tentang dua budaya berbeda yang ada padanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan keaksaraan sastra melalui pengenalan artefak keaksaraan sebagai media untuk memberikan informasi dan analisa ilmu latar belakang dari seorang karakter. Penelitian ini meneliti dua pertanyaan yang dijadikan riset masalah dalam pembahasan. Pertama membahas tentang bagaimana kesadaran ganda Ashima terambarkan memalui artefak keaksaraan dan yang kedua menjelaskan bagaimana respon Ashima mengenai kesadaran ganda yang dimilikinya dalam novel The Namesake karya dari Jhumpa Lahiri. Berdasarkan pembahasan analisis dapat diketahui bahwa kesadaran ganda Ashima tergambarkan melalui majalah Desh dan baju tradisional India, Sari sutera. Memilih untuk membaca majalah India dan bukannya majalah wanita terkenal di Amerika sebagai cara Ashima dalam menggambarkan kesadaran ganda. Mengenakan baju Sari sutera hamper di setiap harinya menunjukkan sisi India Ashima yang lebih dominan dibandingkan budaya Amerika Ashima. Sedangkan respon Ashima mengenai kesadaran ganda sebagai seorang istri tergambarkan melalui resep masakan Indianya dan sebagai seorang ibu tergambarkan ketika dia membesarkan anak lelakinya sebagai seseorang yang pandai dalam dua bahasa.   Kata Kunci: kesadaran ganda, multimodal artefak keaksaraan sastra, diaspor India

The Comparison of Audio Analysis Using Audio Forensic Technique and Mel Frequency Cepstral Coefficient Method (MFCC) as the Requirement of Digital Evidence

Audio forensics is the application of science and scientific methods in handling digital evidence in the form of audio. In this regard, the audio supports the disclosure of various criminal cases and reveals the necessary information needed in the trial process. So far, research related to audio forensics is more on human voices that are recorded directly, either by using a voice recorder or voice recordings on smartphones, which are available on Google Play services or iOS Store. This study compares the analysis of live voices (human voices) with artificial voices on Google Voice and other artificial voices. This study implements the audio forensic analysis, which involves pitch, formant, and spectrogram as the parameters. Besides, it also analyses the data by using feature extraction using the Mel Frequency Cepstral Coefficient (MFCC) method, the Dynamic Time Warping (DTW) method, and applying the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithm. The previously made live voice recording and artificial voice are then cut into words. Then, it tests the chunk from the voice recording. The testing of audio forensic techniques with the Praat application obtained similar words between live and artificial voices and provided 40,74% accuracy of information. While the testing by using the MFCC, DTW, KNN methods with the built systems by using Matlab, obtained similar word information between live voice and artificial voice with an accuracy of 33.33%.Audio forensics is the application of science and scientific methods in handling evidence in the form of audio to support the disclosure of various criminal cases and to reveal information needed in the trial process. In this regard, a sound recording that has been made is then cut into words. Then, pieces of it were analyzed by using audio forensic techniques through parameters of pitch, formant and spectogram using Forensic Audio Technique Analysis on artificial voice recordings and live voice recordings. The analysis was also carried out using the extraction of the Mel Frequency Cepstral Coefficient (MFCC) feature, the Dynamic Time Warping (DTW) Method, and applying the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithm. The testing results by using audio forensic techniques obtained an accuracy of 76.3%, meanwhile the accuracy of testing results by using a system that has been built (self-made system) is 66.7%

Membangun Lingkungan Internet Sehat Di Rumah Tinggal Dengan Menggunakan Aplikasi Web Filtering

Healthy internet is a human activity that access to the public network that the Internet is done in an orderly manner, good, and ethical in accordance with norms and rules that apply in the community. Healthy internet USAge is also by not doing unlawful internet activity, one of them is accessing illegal content (adult website). Currently, the use of Internet technology in the home environment has been very developed, with the ease that given the use of the Internet will be increasing. The problem is how to create a healthy internet environment by not accessing adult website links so that it can be protected from the access of children under age in the neighborhood. To maintain the activities of Internet use at home, then made an application that serves to monitoring the access to the Internet, especially to block the activities of accessing illegal content. This application is made by implementing Squid by way of doing filtering to access web. The results of this study is an application that can be used to monitor the Internet access at home. So it can create a healthy internet environment at home

The Effect of Early Education Using Animation Video and Leaflets on Preparation of Complementary Feedings as Stunting Prevention

Stunting is a chronic malnutrition problem caused by inadequate nutritional intake for a long time. Babies need adequate nutritional intake to prevent stunting. Education on the preparation of MP-ASI can be done through animated videos and leaflets. The study aimed to determine the effect of education using animated videos and leaflets to increase knowledge of mothers who have toddlers aged 4-5 months about the preparation for giving complementary feeding to prevent stunting. The study was conducted at the Payung Sekaki Health Center. This study used a quasi-experimental with one group pre-postest design and data analysis using a paired T-test. The number of samples were 86 respondents. Education using animated videos and leaflets has an effect on increasing the knowledge of mothers who had babies aged 4-5 months to prepare complementary feeding (p-value <0.05). Health education using animated videos and leaflets could increase mother’s knowledge to prepare complementary feeding for babies aged 4-5 months. Development of conceptual framework for cyber fraud investigation

The increase in the number of internet users in Indonesia as much as 175.4 million as recorded in the Datareportal.com report and 4.83 billion globally, impact the increase in the number of cyber fraud cases. Data states that 96% of fraud cases are not resolved due to fraud methods carried out online and make it difficult for legal officers to obtain evidence. Previous fraud investigation research mainly focused on fraud detection, so this research focuses on submitting a framework for investigating cyber fraud cases. The cyber fraud case requires a new framework for investigation because in this fraud case, there is digital evidence that is very prone to be damaged, lost, or modified, which makes this case unsolved. This research aims to develop a framework that is expected to help auditors to uncover cases of cyber fraud so that resolved cyber fraud cases can increase. The method used in making this framework uses Jabareen's conceptual framework development method, which consists of 6 stages, namely, Mapping the selected data source, extensive reading and categorizing of the chosen data, Identifying and naming objects, Deconstructing and categorizing the concept, Integrating concept, Synthesis, resynthesis. And make it all sense. The framework for cyber fraud investigation uses 22 digital forensic frameworks and eight frameworks for fraud audit investigations. The results of developing a framework using the Jabareen method resulted in 8 stages, integrating various concepts selected from digital forensics and fraud audits. Evaluation of framework development was carried out by giving limited questionnaires to practitioners and academics, which produced 89% for the feasibility value and needs of the framework and 67% there is no need for changes to the framework being developed

Metode penelitian yang dilakukan dalam pengabdian ini ialah ceramah dan observasi terhadap sebagian warga desa Secanggang. Peran Tenaga Kesehatan Dalam Menurunkan Prevalensi Anemia Pada Remaja, dan Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Terjadinya Anemia

Anemia is a disease characterized by lower-than-normal hemoglobin (Hb) levels in the blood. Hemoglobin is a protein in red blood cells that functions to transport oxygen from the lungs to the rest of the body. Based on the research findings, it is known that the role of Posyandu adolescents is to provide health services by health workers. The services provided are in the form of facilitators who will conduct health checks and refer adolescent girls diagnosed with anemia to the Puskesmas for hemoglobin testing. Since adolescent girls are at risk of anemia during menstruation, Posyandu Remaja needs to motivate them to take blood product tablets and undergo regular health checks every month. This study uses a literature review methodology that focuses on themes or variables obtained from previous research, namely written research (Wahyudi, 2022). Data regarding the role of health workers in reducing the prevalence of anemia in adolescents and factors influencing the occurrence of anemia were identified from research articles and literature reviews. Similar to Bangladesh and India, the prevalence of anemia in India is very high at 45.9%. One of the main factors causing anemia in adolescent girls is improper nutritional habits

Design and Implementation of Mobile Native Application

Virtual money is very popular in Indonesia, the integration of many type of virtual money into one application enable the user to check many type of virtual money application easily into one platform according to a mobile native application. Mobile applications that have not used native technology have problems, that is, if one of the services is a system failure, the other system is experiencing problems as well. The objective of this paper is to overcome the problem, we made an application using native technology. We analyze the system according to the performance of the system by comparing when using native system and conventional application. This paper has a several steps as the method to reach the result, such as literature review, requirement analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The use of native technology does not cause system failure if one of the modules has an error. The development of a mobile native application for e-money using Native React and Firebase in the Android platform. The service of the application of e-money is enable to check the balance of the money in several type of virtual money application such as Bukalapak, Jakmall, Paypal, and several type of government bank. API service is used to integrate many platforms named Finfini.  Furthermore, this API enables the mobile e-money application to communicate with a cross platform virtual money. The results of testing, the e-monies system using native technology has a performance of 13% better in using resources when compared to conventional application

ANALISIS FIKIH MUAMALAH TERHADAP UPAH BURUH PETIK DI KEBUN LADA (STUDI KASUS DESA LOEHA KEC. TOWUTI, KAB LUWU TIMUR PROV. SULAWESI SELATAN)

The study is conducted to answer some of the problems that researchers have set up with a new upkeep between the owner of a garden and the pepper laborers in the village of Loeha district towuti of luwu county, what the risk of a job accident with a laborer in the village of Loeha and how you view the wages of a pepper orchard in the village of Loeha, in this study researchers examined more deeply the practice of hiring a garden owner with a pick laborer by analyzing it with a fikih muamalah akad ijārah. This study includes a type of field research, that is, by going down the field to the research site with a qualitative descriptive nature of research and using a normative-d and empirical juridical approach. The needed data in this study consists of primary and secondary data collection methods conducted by interviews, documenting and observing. The method of data analysis used in this study is deductive reasoning. The results of this study indicate that the practice of hired wages between the owner of the pepper garden with the pick workers was consistent with the fikih muamalah in which the valid practice is that the person doing the thing in the village of Loeha is both mature and sensible, that wages are given according to the custom of free and trusting, his ijab and qamonth are clearly between the land owner and the pepper laborer, and a ijārah object that has qualified Islamic law because its kind of work is obvious
